Expect to be searched upon entry and please do not bring anything from the prohibited items list below. It will be removed or you could be turned away. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to store confiscated items.

Please read all points regarding entering the event carrying your own alcohol. We have restrictions in place based on quantity, volume, and packaging. We challenge 25 at the gate, and at all of our on site bars. NO GLASS.

You may bring alcohol into the festival upon first entry ONLY. There will be no access with alcohol on re-entry so please bring your drinks with you on your first fun if you plan on making multiple trips to / from the carpark.

You may bring ONE of the following per person:

12 x cans of beer / cider / pre-mix cans. No glass bottles.
1 x box of wine up to 3L
1 x 75cl bottle of spirits decanted into plastic bottle only. There will be no glass on site.

Bottled water and soft drinks are fine if new & sealed.

Please help look after our coastline by limiting the amount of single-use plastic you are bringing into the festival. We have plenty of fresh, clean water points on site to refill you bottle.

Acceptable forms of ID are: valid and in date Passport, valid and in date drivers license or provisional license, valid and in date UK Citizens Card.

Alcohol will be on sale at the event. Please bring ID, you may be asked to show I.D each time you buy a drink. Challenge 25 is in place at all bars.

All illegal drugs and new psychoactive substances (previously called ‘legal highs’) including nitrous oxide are prohibited. We will be operating a drugs amnesty system at the festival entrance where you can drop any drugs before the search with no consequences. After this point you will be searched upon entry. There will be drug sniffer dogs in use. Anybody found in possession of drugs will be denied access to the festival and no refund will be given.

To park your car or camper van you must purchase an additional camper van pass from the tickets page. These are very limited and sold out in previous years. Tickets can be purchased in advance from the ticketing page. No gas cookers, portable stoves or any kind of gas/ fuel powered cooking equipment that is not built into your vehicle is permitted. Camper van tickets are valid for camping vehicles only. No cars or tents will be allowed in this zone. No electricity or water hook ups are available. Camper vans are parked in a designated area apart from the general car park.

Please look after our beautiful site! Beacon Crag / Methleigh Farm is a fully functioning farm, broken glass, bits of plastic and all the rest of it is BAD. Be nice to the land to be nice to the animals! We have plenty of bins on site, please bag up your rubbish and dispose of it responsibly.

We will be operating a litter bond scheme for all cars and campers in the form of a £10 cash deposit. You can reclaim your deposit by taking your full ‘Ball Bag’ to the deposit reclaim station near the waste area.

What to bring:

Challenge 25 will be in place at all bars so bring ID. Bring enough cash for the weekend, we do have cash machines on site but they are not stocked with infinite money and may run. Don’t forget your waterproofs and wellington boots (ofcourse!), and a change of clothes in case you get wet. Mobile phones are handy (a ‘temporary’ phone would be advisable in case of damage or loss) and of course your Tent and sleeping bag – if you’re camping. Sun tan lotion Warm clothes for after sunset. It is May after all.

Glass illegal substances, psychoactive substances, nitros oxide and legal highs aerosols, spray cans (including deodorants, perfumes, aftershaves, hairspray) anything that could be reasonably considered for use as a weapon candles Portable or disposable barbeques/gas/paraffin lamps or any fire/gas related cooking equipment Portable laser equipment and pens sky lanterns megaphones air horns, compressed air fireworks, flares large sound systems animals with the exception of guide dogs generators, apart from those permanently built into campervans gas canisters or cylinders apart from those fitted in campervans unofficial tabards or hi-vis jackets.

Please do not light fires or fireworks – there are many farms in the area and they frighten livestock. Do not try to break in – we have more dog teams & security patrolling the perimeter than Alcatraz!

Lost Property:

If you loose your belongings, not all hope is lost! We have a tried and tested lost property system in place. Whilst we cannot process lost property during the event, we can begin to return items the following week. Please see below for instructions.
Sunday 5th May – Please ask a member of staff on site or at the exit about lost property. They will escort you to the production office where a member of management will attempt to identify your belongings. Following the event look out for a post on our lost property Facebook Page with a list of found items and details on how to reclaim your belongings. Please be patient, we are a very small team and will turn our full attention to lost property as soon as we have the site clear.
