The Masked Ball is held in an open air green field site on the beautiful coastline of Porthleven. Please be advised that this location makes access around the site difficult as the ground on parts of the site and campsite areas is uneven.  Furthermore, the main arena is set on a sloping hill, with venues in multi-level areas. Access ramps are provided into some venues at higher areas, we will endeavour to accommodate wheelchairs and buggies if required, however please be advised that due to the location access will be limited.

Please note that applications for personal assistance tickets must be completed and returned to jules@maskedball.net by 16:00 on Monday 1st May 2017. This allows us to accommodate all requests in advance of your arrival to help improve your experience at Masked Ball.

The use of disabled access facilities is reserved solely for the use of permanently disabled customers and unfortunately not for those with broken legs, recent injuries and/ or pregnancies.

We carry out a 2 for 1 scheme for ticket holders with disabilities that would be unable to attend without use of a personal assistant (PA).

Once you have purchased a full price ticket, please fill in the Access Requirement Form (download here), along with supplying one of the following pieces of evidence of entitlement:

Middle of Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Evidence of being severely sight impaired
A recognised Assistance Dog ID card

We will acknowledge your application within two weeks of receiving your email and supporting documentation.

Accessible Toilets There will be a limited number of accessible toilets around the festival site.

Assistance Dogs We welcome any assistance dogs at Masked Ball. Should you be unable to attend without one, please complete the Access Requirement Form as instructed.

Due to the nature of the artists performing at Masked Ball, it is likely that strobe lighting will be used throughout the performances. There will not be warnings immediately before a period of strobe lighting.
